Shipments outside the European Union (Incoterm EXW)

For all orders whose destination is outside the European Union, the transaction will be strictly governed by the Incoterm EXW (Ex Works / At Factory):

  • Customer Responsibility: The goods will be made available to the buyer at our premises. From that point on, the customer is fully responsible for arranging transport as well as the security of the cargo.
  • Costs and Expenses: All costs arising from transport, insurance, customs duties, import taxes and any other administrative procedures at origin or destination will be exclusively borne by the customer.
  • Documentation: The customer or their freight forwarder must handle all documentation required for export and customs clearance.

Delivery times for bulky products: Please note that delivery times for certain types of products may be affected due to their volume or weight. This may be because they occasionally require specially adapted vehicles for transport due to their size or weight. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, size or weight, delivery address or time of year. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

All delivery times are approximate and subject to external market conditions. External factors that may affect delivery times include local public holidays, transport strikes, and weather phenomena or force majeure climate situations.
