More info
The conductivity meter is an ideal piece of equipment for non-destructive testing applications on non-ferrous metals, such as aluminum, copper, titanium, magnesium or bronze. It is a portable device, with a working frequency of 60 kHz and a wide measurement range, from 0.51 to 112% IACS or 65 MS/m. This tool features an accuracy of ±0.5% at 20°C and a resolution of 0.01% IACS, as well as temperature compensation and Lift-Off compensation down to 500 µm. The purpose of this tool is to determine the conductivity of metals, as well as to detect differences in the resistance of heat-treated or hardened materials. The conductivity meter is powered by the internal accumulator, which is charged through the plug located at the bottom. In addition, it integrates a USB interface to read the data from the equipment and carry out a subsequent analysis of the individual values or measurement groups. The control panel of the conductivity meter is intuitive, with large keys and its handling is simple. Manufactured by PCE with reference PCE-COM 20.
