The anemometer is a versatile measuring instrument. Equipped with a backlit LCD screen that makes it easy to read values even in low light conditions. The thread on the back of the anemometer allows it to be mounted on a tripod. This, together with its fast response time, makes real-time measurement possible. The large, clear display is easy to read and the user can turn the backlight on or off. Thus, the equipment can also be used in places with poor light conditions. The device measures air speed and temperature, as well as infrared surface temperature. By connecting the probe with the propeller, users can start to measure and read the values on the screen. If they need to measure the temperature of a surface, they just have to press a button. A laser beam will indicate the measurement point and the room temperature measurement will be deactivated. In addition to air speed, the anemometer also measures air flow and air temperature. This makes the anemometer a suitable instrument for different fields of use. Minimum and maximum values are displayed and units such as °C and °F, m/s, km/h, ft/min, knot and mph can be selected. Manufactured by PCE with reference PCE-VA 11.
