The 500 N external load cell digital dynamometer is a highly accurate and efficient compressive force measuring device. It is connected to the dynamometer by a cable approximately 3 m long, allowing it to be used in places that are difficult to access. The external load cell is small in size and has threaded holes at the bottom for easy mounting. The digital dynamometer is capable of sampling values up to a rate of 1600 Hz, presenting them in real time as a momentary value or as a graph on the screen. These values can be saved in an internal memory or transferred to a computer via a USB interface with a maximum measurement rate of 800 Hz. The software required for this transfer is included in the delivery. In addition, the dynamometer has the function PEAK HOLD, which allows you to freeze the peak value on the screen until that value is exceeded or cleared. For industrial applications, the dynamometer allows setting two limit values that continuously compare the current measured value. If these values are exceeded, the display will emit a signal, allowing its use on a machine with an external controller. Manufactured by PCE with reference PCE-DFG NF 0.5K.
