More info
Photoelectric sensors or photoelectric cells that respond to the change in the intensity of a light, allowing the activation or deactivation of a signal based on the received values of that light. Self-reflective photocells, in which the emitter and receiver are inside the same housing. The light emitted by the emitter falls on the object to be detected and is reflected, the receiver being in charge of capturing this reflected light.

- It has a 5-wire cable (white, black, blue, gray and brown).
- It has a potentiometer to adjust the sensitivity. Maximum detection distance: 30 cm.
- Metal support is supplied for fixing the sensor to the wall.
- To guarantee the maximum self-reflection distance, it is recommended to use a catadioptric mirror. The self-reflection distance can be reduced by the use of other surfaces with a lower reflection capacity.

Differences between NO and NC
These are two types of contacts widely used in electrical installations and circuits. Distinguishing the difference of these two types is very simple.
- A NO (normally open) type contact is one that does not let the current flow while the same or the device is in standby or standby mode. The most common type NO contact is eg house switches, which remain open (not closedCircuit) until the switch is pressed.
- The NC contacts (normally closed) are the opposite of the NO contact, they let the current pass while they are in standby or at rest to be actuated. An example would be a thermal protection relay of a motor, which remains closed while there is voltage.
