Allows two operations: cold or heat. In cool mode achieves a temperature between 15 and 25 degrees below room temperature and consumption of 38W to 68W. In heating mode achieves a temperature of about 60 to 65 degrees and consumption of 30W to 50W. You can connect directly to the mains (200 to 240 VAC) or a car cigarette lighter (12 VDC). In both cases provide the appropriate cables for it.
