  • In the rear part of the cupboard there is a double-leaf perforated (grid) metal door. The back of the cabinet is the outside of the DataCenter. This door has a key lock.
  • There is no door in the front of the cabinet. The front part of the closet is accessed from the inner central corridor of the DataCenter. No door is required to facilitate access and because there is the option of installing the sliding door to block access to the entire DataCenter.
  • The couple of closets are joined frontally by the ceiling of the corridor. The aisle width (roof) is 1200mm. The corridor ceiling is supplied with each pair of cabinets. The cables can pass through the different cabinets through the roof.

RackMatic modular DataCenter consisting of 19 "rack cabinets, 42U RackMatic modular DataCenter consists of the following parts:
  • Couplings of 19 "42U rack cabinets Each 19" rack cabinet has a size of 800x1000mm (width x depth). The cabinets are supplied in pairs. Each pair of cabinets is joined by the ceiling of the corridor. The cabinets are joined laterally with the following, creating a DataCenter with a central corridor. The cabinets are the references # MP01 and # MP02.
  • Gateway to the DataCenter. It is the access door to the central corridor of the DataCenter. It is a sliding door that can be manual (reference # MP11) or automatic / motorized (reference # MP12). The use of the door is optional and is only necessary to block access to the datacenter. If one of the openings in the DataCenter aisle is against a wall, only one door will be needed. If the DataCenter has the corridor open at both ends, 2 doors will be needed.
Differences between # MP01 and # MP02

Both references are a pair of 19 "rack cabinets, height 42U and base size of 800x1000mm.The difference is in the lateral connection with the next pair of cabinets or with the sliding door.According to the location of the closet in the DataCenter, Acquire # MP01 or # MP02.The criteria would be:
  • # MP01: The couple of cabinets that goes to the ends of the DataCenter. One of the sides of the couple of cabinets are prepared to fix the rail of the sliding door, in case you want to install sliding door. The other part of the couple of closets is ready to be fixed to another couple of closets. In addition, the lateral that would correspond to the outside of the DataCenter, has side covers, which close the DataCenter.
  • # MP02: The couple of cabinets that goes in the central part or the DataCenter. This pair of closets is ready to join another pair of closets on both sides.

  • DataCenter with 6 19 "rack cabinets (3 pairs) and 2 manual doors at both ends: 2 # MP01, 1 # MP02 and 2 # MP11.
  • DataCenter with 8 19 "rack cabinets (4 pairs) and 2 automatic doors at both ends: 2 # MP01, 2 # MP02 and 2 # MP12.
  • DataCenter with 10 19 "rack cabinets (5 pairs) and 2 automatic doors at both ends: 2 # MP01, 3 # MP02 and 2 # MP12.
  • DataCenter with 12 rack cabinets 19 "(6 couples), 1 automatic door at one end and 1 manual door at the other end of the aisle: 2 # MP01, 4 # MP02, 1 # MP12 and 1 # MP11.
  • DataCenter of 14 19 "rack cabinets (7 pairs) without doors at the ends of the aisle: 2 # MP01 and 5 # MP02.

  • Each pair of cabinets can be joined with another pair of cabinets (central or end), can be left unattached (ends) or you can set a sliding door rail (enter). All accessories are supplied for connection with another pair of cabinets.
  • Each cabinet has a closed and closed base, which fixes the cabinet and through which the cables can circulate between the different cabinets. The cables are hidden by the registered floor.
  • Each cabinet has a plate with 4 fans at the top. The fans are 120x120mm and 220VAC.
  • Vertical cable tie on both sides of the cabinet. The width of the 800mm cabinet allows a vertical duct on both sides of each cabinet.
