The fructose refractometer allows measurements in a wide range between 1.3330 and 1.5177 nD. The measurement interval can be manually adjusted for the desired reading. The fructose refractometer is supplied with an initial calibration, which can be adjusted on the device by the user. In addition, the fructose refractometer is supplied with a calibration certificate to validate the accuracy of the measurement.
