The second digit (5) certifies resistance against low-pressure water jets from any angle using a 6.3 mm nozzle. Ingress Testing

To achieve IP65 certification, equipment undergoes a vacuum test to ensure no dust particles enter. It is then subjected to a water spray test where the water volume must not impair the device's function or accumulate near critical components.
