19" RACK line
Superior load performance tested at a load of 900 kg, which is 1.5 times higher than the standard market. Rated load of 600 kg.
It can support heavy telecom equipment, UPS's and batteries as well as standard network equipment such as switches, patch panels and cables. They are produced in Width W600 / 800 mm, Depth D: 600/800/1000/1200 mm and 8 heights from 16U to 47U in fully automated production facilities. The product range adapts to different environments with RAL 9005 Black or RAL 7035 Light Gray Fine Grain.
They have high corrosion resistance with nanotechnology pretreatment, Bonderite/Henkel chemicals and 80-120 micron thick epoxy powder coating for over 500 hours of salt spray testing.
The series comes with a standard glass front door, removable side panels with barrel-type locking system.
The main door is made of smoked tempered glass, giving it an aesthetic and professional appearance, while a 70% perforated door is optional.
Construction details:
Corner profile system with multi folded bending technology provides durability, robustness and a load capacity of up to 600 kg. Multiplexed monobloc upper and lower chassis, hermetically fixed to the frame with fittings. The upper module includes ventilation slots for passive ventilation.
Ventilation modules can be installed inside the cabinet for forced ventilation. Main cable entry, brushed, 600mm x 600mm wide due to limited ceiling space due to ventilation slots; other 600 mm wide cabinets house 2 cable entries, at the top, closed with 2 plastic covers. Cabinets with a width of 800 mm also have cable entries on the left and right side of the top as well as on the bottom. All these cable entries are closed with a plastic cover that can be removed at any time to facilitate installation. A set of 300x55 mm brush grommets is available as an accessory to prevent dust from entering the cabinet.

RackMatic wall cabinets increase the security of the contained devices. Designed for any environment as they are very discreet for storing electronic products, routers, small video surveillance systems.
Designed to facilitate installation in any environment. The understated design of the Rackmatic cabinets is also suitable for furnished environments.
The layout of the slots and cable glands is designed to maintain an efficient distribution of the devices and facilitate the installation and/or replacement of equipment.
We have paid special attention to the study of materials and passive ventilation in our Rack cabinets.

DATA CENTER line
A new generation design.
High grounding continuity is available. The grounding resistance is below 100 mΩ.
EN 61587-1 subclause 8.2 application procedure is according to IEC 61010-1. Provides an aesthetic and professional appearance in the applied areas, because of its design. There are solutions available in the design for the application of on-cabinet cabling accessories, air routing accessories, cable management and organizing accessories. Suitable for many different top closing solutions. It is suitable for all conventional standard corridor closure types, sigma profile corridor closure, barisol illuminated corridor closure, fire-opening type automated ceiling blocks and all corridor closure applications. Suitable for the use of electronic and mechanical locks. The strength of the cage structure and the resistance to external impacts in the cabinets are produced in accordance with TS EN 61587-1 and TS EN 61587-2 standards.
The cabinet cage structure is produced from welded-monoblock parts, using plate sheet material, with a minimum thickness of t=1.50 mm, reinforced with special bending forms and additional support profiles. There are no burrs and sharp edges and corners that may pose a danger to the user on the cutting and bending edges, welding and mechanical connection points on this lattice structure.
