The rebound sclerometer is a concrete strength measurement tool that uses the rebound measurement principle to determine the strength of concrete. This measurement tool is easy and fast to use. The user does not need prior training to use the sclerometer. The measurement process is very simple. The operator adjusts the impact resistance of the sclerometer according to the resistance of the concrete to be measured. The operator then impacts the sclerometer into the concrete. The resulting rebound value is displayed on a digital display. In this way it is possible to determine with great precision the resistance of the concrete. This tool has a high level of impact energy of 4.5 J, allowing it to determine the strength of high-performance concrete, such as that used in bridges, tower blocks or foundations. Manufactured by PCE with reference PCE-HT-450.
