More info
The PCE-TDS 100HS ultrasonic flowmeter is a flow measurement device for liquids that are as homogeneous as possible, designed for pipes from 20 to 100 mm in diameter. This measurement tool works according to the transit time method, which is based on the time difference between when an ultrasonic wave leaves a transducer and travels through the tube in the direction of the current, against it, to determine the speed of flow and volume. The sensors are placed vertically offset on both sides of the tube to be measured. The flowmeter is ideal for use in pipes from 20 to 100 mm in diameter, for liquids that are as homogeneous as possible, such as acetate, peanut oil, olive oil, motor oil, paraffin oil, silicone oil, transformer oil, etc. alcohol, ethyl alcohol, methyl alcohol, ammonia, aniline, benzene, butyrate, chloroform, ethanol, ether, ethyl ether, ethylene glycol, freon R12, diesel oil, gasoline, glycerin, glycol, isobutanol, isopentane, lubricant, methanol, pentane, petroleum, propanol, kerosene, refrigerant, trichloroethylene, terpentine, distilled water and salt water. This measurement methodology is based on the time difference between when an ultrasonic wave leaves a transducer and travels through the tube in the direction of the current, or against it. The sensors are placed vertically offset in both. Manufactured by PCE with reference PCE-TDS 100HS.
