Ideal handheld equipment to measure pH, mV, °C and Redox (ORP) parameters. It has a large screen that makes it easy to read the results obtained. In addition, measured values can be saved on a 1 to 16 GB SD memory card in Excel format. To facilitate the transmission of the data to the PC, we offer an RS-232 interface and optional software. The pH calibration is performed automatically or manually. It is battery powered, so we include 6 1.5V batteries in the shipment. It includes a temperature sensor to perform temperature compensation. To measure the Redox parameter, it is recommended to order an additional ORP 14 electrode. Manufactured by PCE with reference PCE-228WINE.

RS-232 (Recommended Standard 232, also known as EIA/TIA RS-232C) is an interface that designates a standard for the exchange of a series of binary data between a DTE (Data Terminal Equipment) and DCE (Data Communication Equipment , Data Communication Equipment), although there are others in which the RS-232 interface is also used. An equivalent definition published by the ITU is called V.24.
