The sound level meter is a useful measurement tool for detecting noise levels outdoors, such as at jobs, construction sites, traffic, airports, etc. It is equipped with an octave or third octave band filter for frequency analysis. Data can be viewed as numbers or graphs with A, B, C, and Z weightings. In addition, the sound level meter offers the ability to select between slow, fast, or pulse measurements, ranging from 25 to 136 dBA. This measurement tool features a 24-bit AD transducer and specially designed electronics to reduce noise levels. The "Peak-Hold" function allows to freeze the peak value during a long measurement. The kit includes a waterproof transport case with wheels, a charger and two lead batteries for a 10-day autonomy. The contents include a microphone cover against water and wind, a metal mesh and a tripod to place the microphone.
